And somehow, they all needed the same thing.
I'm a Product Designer with 10 years of experience, working in software houses, small and large agencies, and directly with vendors. I've worked solo, in teams, and as the entire one-man army.
And yes, I know AI is more than just asking ChatGPT.
Companies I've worked with.
Some for a long time, Some when things needed fixing.

Context comes from everywhere — briefs, docs, and Hotjar, my window into how the product really behaves. Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini pull it together and do the research, then it flows into design, code, and ships.
This portfolio is good enough to tell you how I think.
The rest happens at work.

Scaling one waste management product into multiple municipality-branded apps.
Norwegian municipalities wanted waste apps that feel truly local, not “same template, new logo.” I designed the resident experience and a modular structure that keeps every version coherent. Custom enough to feel personal, consistent enough to stay sane.

Turning a complex loyalty platform into something people actually enjoy using
Open Loyalty is a powerful loyalty engine and I owned the product design work that made it easier to use. From early concepts and prototypes to UX copy and post-release iteration, I helped turn complex loyalty workflows into something teams can navigate with confidence.

IoT HealthTech: Digitizing Pain Management with a Squeeze-to-Record Ecosystem
A health app where the main input is a squeeze not a form. I designed key flows across mobile, web, and iPad, focusing on symptom and medication tracking plus the calibration that makes the data trustworthy. Less typing, more signal.

AI-Powered Social Media Reputation Guard: Scan, Detect, Protect
A platform that uses AI to scan your past and protect your future on social media — catching harmful content before it damages your reputation.
I've worked on more than what's in this portfolio — some projects are under NDA, others just don't have a full case study yet. If any of these catch your eye, I'm happy to talk through the details.

HOA Property Management App
A mobile app for homeowners association management, primarily serving communities in California. Residents can report issues, hire vetted specialists for repairs, and manage their property — while HOA boards get a clear overview of requests, vendors, and community tasks.

Facility & Property Maintenance Management
A task management platform for hotels and commercial properties. Guests and staff can report issues (e.g. a leaking pipe), which automatically generate tickets — feeding into planning, assignment, and invoicing workflows for the maintenance team.

Battery Installation Management for Industrial Cabinets
A technical app for managing battery installations inside large power supply cabinets. Field engineers scan individual batteries, group them into strings, track voltage and capacity, and ensure correct configuration — making complex installations traceable and error-free.

Prescription Subscription Platform
A web app for one of the largest US pharmacy chains that simplifies recurring prescription management. Patients set up automatic refills, track their medications, and get timely reminders — no more manual reorders or missed doses.

Home Services Marketplace
A platform connecting homeowners with vetted local professionals for repairs, installations, and home maintenance. Covers the full journey from browsing and booking to payment and review — designed for one of Poland's largest service providers.

Co-Parenting & Visitation Scheduling App
A mobile app that helps separated parents in blended families coordinate time with their children. Designed around the emotional complexity of shared custody — simplifying visit scheduling, tracking agreements, and keeping communication child-focused.

Cycle Tracking App for Faith-Based Natural Family Planning
A mobile app designed for women practicing natural family planning rooted in their faith. Combines fertility cycle tracking with a values-driven experience — including scripture quotes and a tone that respects the spiritual dimension of the journey.

Zero-Waste Cosmetics Tracker
A mobile app that helps users track how much of each cosmetic product they have left — inspired by the zero-waste "pan" concept. Encourages mindful consumption by logging usage, setting finish-line goals, and celebrating when a product is fully used up.

White-Label VOD/OTT Streaming Platform
A Netflix-style white-label streaming platform designed to run across a wide range of TV environments — Android TV, Fire TV, Roku, and more. Each client gets a fully branded experience while sharing a single, consistent product foundation.

Yes — I'm currently open to the right kind of contract work, both short-term projects and longer engagements. I work remotely and collaborate with teams across Europe and the US. If the problem is interesting and the team is decent, I'm very easy to talk to.
It starts before Figma. I map the problem, question assumptions, and understand constraints first — then move into flows, wireframes, and UI. I iterate quickly, keep stakeholders in the loop, and validate after release. The process adapts to the project, but the thinking is always first.
Absolutely — and I prefer it. I have a Computer Science background, so I understand what's technically feasible, costly, or clever. I write detailed specs, prepare edge cases, and stay available during implementation. Developers don't have to guess what I meant.
Yes, and I enjoy it. I've built systems from scratch and maintained large-scale ones across multiple products. Variables, component logic, token naming, documentation — the full thing. A design system done right makes every product decision faster and more consistent.
Directly and without drama. I can take critical feedback, I don't get precious about my work, and I ask clarifying questions instead of making assumptions. I'd rather understand the real issue and fix it properly than defend a design just because it's mine.
Yes — most of my work has been with English-speaking clients and international teams. I write specs, present work, run workshops, and communicate daily in English. No awkward translation layer, no nuance lost.
HealthTech, loyalty SaaS, waste management, IoT, OTT/streaming, real estate, e-commerce, and more. The variety means I pick up domain context quickly and don't need weeks to get up to speed. Patterns are patterns.
